With more than 170 years of history, Rückl is one of the Czech Republic’s most renowned glassworks, creating exceptional hand-blown and hand-cut crystal every day. We proudly preserve the heritage of Czech glassmaking while opening its beauty to visitors, corporate clients, and glass enthusiasts from around the world. Our ambition is to continually expand the reach of our visitor centre and share the Rückl story.
What Will You Do
- Drive visitor growth and develop new business opportunities for the Visitor Centre.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, destination management organisations, and tourism partners.
- Prepare tailored offers and packages for B2B partners and group bookings.
- Co-create and execute the Visitor Centre’s marketing plan. Coordinate online campaigns, manage CRM and email marketing, and keep the website up to date.
- Monitor performance, report KPIs, and manage the marketing budget.
Who We’re Looking For
- A proactive, results-driven person who enjoys opening new doors and building lasting relationships.
- An organised and independent professional with an understanding of sales, tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing.
- An excellent communicator with positive energy and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in business development, tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing is an advantage.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
